About the role We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our fast-growing recruitment team at Near We are currently a team of 25+ people and have grown exponentially over the last year – we’re excited to keep expanding our team At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders. Responsibilities Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and our internal ATS. Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify top talent. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to ensure the ability to attract the best candidates. Initiate contact with potential candidates, whether through cold outreach, warm leads, or referrals. Establish a strong initial connection and articulate the benefits of the opportunity. Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients. Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and provide ongoing feedback on candidate suitability. Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database, keeping track of communication and candidate progress through the recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates to enhance the candidate experience and make improvements in the sourcing process. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sourcing activity and performance. Desired Skills/Experience 1+ years of recruiting experience, in-house, or in an agency setting, is preferred Experience using different sourcing techniques and getting creative to attract top talent in the market Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment, problem solving mindset ️ Time off: 14 days vacation, US working holidays + 4 local floating holidays, Birthday off This is a fantastic opportunity for someone driven to join a fast-growing company, where they will develop strong relationships with clients and candidates across various industries and backgrounds.
