Location: Bogotá, Colombia Salary: USD 800 + Commissions (approximately $200 - $600/month) Schedule: Full-time What You'll Be Doing: As our Sourcer, you'll be the ultimate talent detective, responsible for unearthing incredible candidates across both technical (IT) and non-technical roles. Your day-to-day will involve: Becoming a Sourcing Guru: You'll master various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, specialized databases, and more) to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Building Talent Pipelines: You'll proactively build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we always have a pool of amazing candidates ready to go. Crafting Compelling Outreach: You'll create engaging and personalized messages that grab attention and get candidates excited about our opportunities. Collaborating with the Best: You'll work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs, refine candidate profiles, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Being a Brand Ambassador: You'll be one of the first points of contact for potential hires, showcasing our vibrant culture and making a fantastic first impression. Innovating and Optimizing: We love new ideas You'll constantly be exploring new sourcing strategies and tools to make our process even better. What We're Looking For: Sourcing Savvy: Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, with a strong understanding of how to find both IT and non-technical talent. Communication Rockstar: Excellent written and verbal communication skills you're a natural at connecting with people. Tech-Whisperer (or willing to learn): While not a developer, you're comfortable understanding basic IT roles and can quickly grasp technical requirements. Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks, keep track of leads, and maintain an organized candidate database. Proactive & Self-Starter: You're motivated, can work independently, and are always looking for ways to improve. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and love to share knowledge and successes. Growth Mindset: You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-paced startup.
