This role will primarily support a specific client segment within our COBRA processing team and report to the Financial Operations & Analytics Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills. As an Accounting Analyst you will: Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm). Support the Finance Operations team with daily and monthly tasks. Manage internal data requests within established SLAs. Analyze large datasets for inconsistencies and identify errors. Reconcile data between platforms and reports accurately and on time. Perform bank reconciliations for operational accounts. Run and reconcile detailed, large data sets. Provide continuous updates on task completion and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with deadlines and company standards. Approach challenges proactively and resourcefully. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Attention to detail and structured work approach. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Experience in bank reconciliations and basic accounting processes. Critical thinking and ability to analyze large datasets. Understanding of the U.S. banking system and ability to work with USD transactions. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Nice to Have Experience working with foreign currencies. Additional certifications or courses in accounting or finance. Familiarity with metrics, reporting, and deadlines.
