What You'll Do
We are seeking an
Accounting Analyst
to join our Financial Operations team. This role will primarily support a specific client segment within our COBRA processing team and report to the Financial Operations & Analytics Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

As an Accounting Analyst you will:

Bring fresh ideas to the table—we're all about innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).

• Support the Finance Operations team with daily and monthly tasks.
• Manage internal data requests within established SLAs.
• Analyze large datasets for inconsistencies and identify errors.
• Reconcile data between platforms and reports accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations for operational accounts.
• Run and reconcile detailed, large data sets.
• Provide continuous updates on task completion and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and company standards.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience in bank reconciliations and basic accounting processes.
• Critical thinking and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Understanding of the U.S. banking system and ability to work with USD transactions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with foreign currencies.
• Additional certifications or courses in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with metrics, reporting, and deadlines.
