We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, while collaborating with marketing and development teams to deliver brand-aligned solutions. Role Responsibilities The role of a Graphic Designer with SD Marketing will be to collaborate on a wide variety of projects ranging from website mockups, social graphics, flyers, brochures, trade show materials, blog post graphics, logo design and conceptuals, business cards, and digital ads. Another part of this role will be to assist with managing client’s email marketing using third party platforms such as Constant Contact and MailChimp. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, Ability and Requirements Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva Practice of elements and principles of design. Understand color theory, shape, space, and typography to ensure the client's brand and identity is upheld on all marketing assets. Collaborating with the creative team to interpret feedback positively and use it to grow and improve with all and any design projects Incorporate creativity, use sound judgment, organize work, proactively manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment, and meet strict deadlines. The ability to troubleshoot and use critical thinking skills with any applications, websites, client requests, and all design-related projects Over 2+ years of graphic designer related experience required. Preferred but Not Required Knowledge, Skill and Ability We are looking for individuals who also have the skillset and desire to learn web development and video production, as we offer a whole suite of Marketing Services. Encouraged Web development skillset such as: HTML, CSS, and Managing WordPress websites Encouraged Video Production skillset such as: Video Editing and Sound Design within Adobe Premiere Pro Educational Background A degree is preferred but not required with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
