We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented designer to collaborate remotely with a fast-growing U.S. agency, working on high-impact print and digital campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop high volumes of print and digital marketing assets for direct mail, CRM emails, web, and billboards. Resize and adapt creative for different formats and platforms. Prepare production-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles. Solve printing issues and optimize layouts for best quality output. Creative Proofing & Compliance Ensure designs meet brand standards and required approvals. Collaborate with project leads to deliver high-quality, error-free creative. Execution & Communication Work with clear deliverables and deadlines. Communicate proactively on feedback, revisions, and project updates. Work alongside experienced designers and support junior team members. Stay ahead of U.S. market trends in print and digital marketing. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3+ years of experience in marketing design (print & digital). Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat). Experience preparing files for both print production & digital use. Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills.
