Youre the player were missing on this TOP Team We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor focused on providing exceptional collections skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. The Collector is responsible for contacting customers via telephone to collect payments on overdue accounts, resolve outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records of communications. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and professionalism to ensure effective debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships. What youll be doing: Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts. Help customers with account management, including account updates, password resets, and troubleshooting. Process refund requests and assist with resolving billing issues. Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates. Follow up on payment promises to ensure commitments are met. Review customer accounts to determine outstanding balances and payment history. Update account information and record all collection activities accurately in the system. Handle inquiries and disputes in a courteous and professional manner. Provide clear and accurate information regarding account status and payment options. Adhere to federal, state, and local laws regarding debt collection (e.g., FDCPA). Comply with internal policies and procedures related to data privacy and customer interactions. Report trends, risks, or issues to supervisors as needed. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: B2 English level. Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
