Social Strategist Specialist

Responsabilidades principales:
- Desarrollar estrategias de marca integrales y personalizadas para clientes, abarcando todos los canales.
- Es importante que tenga know – how y experiencia en el desarrollo de estrategias de medios digitales con conocimiento en platarofmas, formatos, marketing de contenidos, SEO/SEM y pauta digital.
- Deberá analizar la marca, la competencia e identificar oportunidades de mercado, asegurando la relevancia para el público objetivo.
- Elaborar briefs creativos sólidos que inspiren al equipo creativo y aseguren la coherencia de la marca en todas las plataformas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos creativos, de cuentas y de análisis de datos para traducir las necesidades de los clientes en estrategias digitales accionables.
- Liderar la investigación de mercado, análisis de la competencia y análisis de datos para identificar insights clave que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Tener conocimiento en métricas y analisis de resultados, para toma de decisiones y elaboración de propuestas
- Identificar tendencias emergentes en el panorama digital y generar propuestas para las estrategias de los clientes buscando capitalizar oportunidades.
- Elaborar informes y presentaciones concisos y accionables para comunicar los hallazgos y recomendaciones a los clientes y equipos internos.
- Diseñar y planificar estrategias de contenido engaging y relevante para las diferentes plataformas, adaptando el tono y formato según la audiencia.
- Configurar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de publicidad pagadas en plataformas como Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y YouTube Ads, maximizando el ROI.
- Gestión de plataformas: Supervisar y administrar perfiles en redes como Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, entre otras.
Habilidades y Conocimientos:
o Licenciatura en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación o afines.
o Mínimo 6 años de experiencia comprobada en estrategia de marca, planning digital, idealmente en una agencia o entorno similar.
o Dominio del panorama digital, incluyendo publicidad en redes sociales, SEO/SEM, marketing de contenidos, email marketing, etc.
o Sólidas habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos y traducirlos en insights accionables.
o Experiencia en la gestión de plataformas de redes sociales y la creación de contenido atractivo.
o Conocimiento profundo de las herramientas de análisis de datos como Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, etc.
o Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relaciones interpersonales.
o Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de manera efectiva.
Se valorará:
o Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI, Tableau o Data Studio.
o Experiencia en la realización de análisis predictivos y modelado de datos.
o Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles de trabajo.
