Systems Engineer Publicis Groupe – Publicis Production Hub, a leading creative, production, post‑production, media, and data center in Colombia. We are the production house of Publicis Groupe, the world’s most valuable communication group. We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience, deep proficiency in Ansible, extensive experience with Linux (Red Hat), a strong understanding of web server technologies (Nginx, Apache), source control (Git) and basic Python scripting. Knowledge of Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform is a plus. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Linux systems, focusing Red Hat. Implement and maintain automation solutions using Ansible. Troubleshoot and optimize systems, applications, and scripts. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings. Configure and manage web servers (Nginx and Apache). Manage source code using Git. Log management. Vulnerability scanning. Ensure stability, reliability, and security of systems and applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve system issues. Write basic Python scripts as required. Work with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project management and collaboration. Monitor systems using tools like Nagios or Zabbix. Interact with REST APIs programmatically. Qualifications Strong experience with Linux, especially Red Hat. Deep proficiency in Ansible, focusing on configuration. Strong understanding of web server technologies (Nginx, Apache). Experience with source control systems (Git). Experience with log management and SIEM solutions. Knowledge of vulnerability management. Basic proficiency in Python scripting. Knowledge of Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is nice to have. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
