The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D2C Growth Strategist / Senior Brand Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for our D2C clients, with a primary focus on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving eCommerce growth through various channels and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive D2C growth strategies for clients, primarily on Shopify
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Implement and refine conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across client websites
  • Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility
  • Coordinate with developers to implement technical improvements that boost traffic and conversions
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D2C eCommerce trends and best practices
  • Manage client relationships, including regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in D2C eCommerce, with a focus on Shopify
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization techniques and best practices
  • Experience in email marketing strategy and execution
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles and their application in eCommerce
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional eCommerce platforms beyond Shopify
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with eCommerce-specific tools and technologies
