We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at EngFlow GmbH. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
About EngFlow GmbHOur company is dedicated to revolutionizing software development and deployment. Our remote execution service speeds up software builds by a factor of 10 or more, and our observability platform provides insights to optimize builds and tests. We build tools and connect experts in the Bazel and build ecosystem, serving engineers from startups to Fortune 500 companies to accelerate developer productivity and positively impact engineering culture.
Responsibilities- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable sales processes that align with company goals and sales targets.
- Business Intelligence: Design and manage dashboards, reports, and data analytics to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Sales Tool Management: Oversee the Hubspot system and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing functionality, and managing integrations.
- Forecasting & Quota Management: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to create accurate forecasting models and establish achievable quota plans.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with sales leaders to maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, helping identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Sales Enablement: Coordinate with sales enablement teams to ensure representatives are trained on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Accounting, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
