Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
- Drive best practices in PHP development, including coding standards, performance optimization, and security.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient PHP-based applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and services, including APIs and third-party tools.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PHP development.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize code performance, security, and maintainability.
- Explore opportunities to integrate new technologies or frameworks that align with company goals.
- 8+ years of experience in PHP, with at least 3 years playing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Previous experience in leading and supervising engineering teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client orientation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience implementing RESTFul services and Microservices.
- Experience in Elastic Search.
