This position will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations. The role requires strong collaboration across global teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and organizational objectives. Job Responsibilities Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow architecture within the Automation team, ensuring solutions align with Global Finance strategic goals. Participate in stakeholder and client discussions to advise on technical design and solution architecture. Conduct detailed requirement analysis to translate business needs into actionable technical designs. Review and validate business requirements for technical feasibility and clarity. Mentor developers and functional team members on ServiceNow best practices and standards. Oversee release management activities, including update sets and runbook maintenance. Ensure technical designs are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to governance and compliance frameworks. Perform peer reviews and quality checks to maintain solution integrity. Identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps proactively, proposing mitigation strategies. Qualifications 8+ years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform. 3+ years in a lead developer or architect‑level role. Expertise in the CSM module. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification – ITSM preferred. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and module configuration. Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring developers and reviewing technical deliverables. Ability to represent technical solutions in client‑facing discussions. Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
