We work with brands globally to protect revenue, restore listings, and navigate platform‑level processes with clarity and precision. Role Overview The Amazon Account Manager is a technical, execution‑focused role responsible for managing client accounts and resolving operational issues within Amazon’s internal tools and workflows. This position requires analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to learn quickly in a highly dynamic environment. You will work hands‑on within Amazon’s platform environment, manage cases, analyze data, and support strategic decisions through research and documentation. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor client Amazon accounts on a daily basis. Open, track, and escalate cases through Amazon’s internal support systems. Execute problem‑solving strategies related to listings, catalog structure, account health, and operational restrictions. Analyze data and build structured trackers using Excel or Google Sheets. Research platform policies, system behaviors, and historical account data to support case strategies. Participate in real‑time support calls, when required. Provide clear execution updates and findings to the primary manager. Collaborate with Customer Success and leadership to ensure execution aligns with client expectations. Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and internal documentation. Ideal Candidate 1. Educational / Professional Background Background in technical or analytical fields such as: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering‑related fields. 2. Skills & Experience Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Solid Excel skills for data organization, analysis, and tracking. Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to support research and productivity. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, cases, and accounts simultaneously. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. 3. Language & Availability Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Availability for a full‑time position. 4. Mindset High learning capacity and adaptability. Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving processes. Compensation Based on experience, performance, and demonstrated expertise, compensation can grow up to $1,200 USD per month. Why Join Online Seller Solutions?
