This role is based in our Madrid office. Serve as the expert and managing creator agencies; execute and develop programs that increase agency engagement Build partnership with creator agencies and design partnership strategies to achieve business goals Develop and work with key creator agencies, influencer marketing agencies that have strong focus in commerce, provide day-to-day operations support and help improve performance with data-driven mindset Develop incentive plans to drive business growth; solve key challenges in business through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 2+ years of related experience required. Extensive local talent management/influencer marketing agency network, solid experience working with top agencies and influencers in the market is preferred. Experience in developing effective instructions, presentation decks or standard operating procedures (SOP) to support agency daily operations. Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience of live stream and content-based commerce is preferred. Great team player with fast learning capabilities and open to challenges. Acute data acumen and ability to conduct in-depth analysis and design future roadmap based on the current state.
