About this role : We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Manager to join the JET Go Team in Spain, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of on-demand delivery services. Sitting within our Strategic Accounts Team, this position is focused on building and nurturing partnerships with brands using our Delivery-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution. You’ll be central to onboarding new partners, optimizing operations, and enabling business growth — all while positioning JET Go as the leading DaaS platform in Spain. These are some of the key ingredients to the role : Managing relationships with key brand partners using JET’s DaaS solution, ensuring long-term satisfaction and performance. Onboarding new partners by identifying, evaluating, and integrating brands that align with JET Go’s strategic growth goals. Collaborating with partners to develop and implement efficient operating procedures tailored to their business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and uncovering opportunities to drive partner growth and expansion. Liaising with cross‑functional teams — including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support — to deliver a seamless partner experience. Monitoring partner performance through data analysis and applying insights to improve operations and results continuously. What will you bring to the table? Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally. Analytical strength with the ability to extract insights from data and use them to inform strategy and improve outcomes. A proactive, results‑oriented approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken. What are we offering?
