Advanced English and Spanish Full-Time 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Colombian Time) Labour Contract: Colombian The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program/Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, supporting marketing initiatives, and coordinating business development efforts that drive the continued success and expansion of the program. You will work closely with Program Directors to manage award logistics, sponsor engagement, and nominee outreach while supporting all phases of the program lifecycle—from planning through execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is a relationship-builder who takes initiative and delivers excellence every day. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, marketing, or business development support. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in project management and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Experience in event coordination, sponsorship support, or executive-level client service. Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools. Prior experience supporting cross-market or multi-region programs. Background working with recognition programs or awards events is a plus. Responsibilities Program Execution & Event Support Collaborate with Program Directors to manage all aspects of program execution, including award ceremonies and follow-up events. Coordinate venue logistics, multimedia presentations, attendee registration, and digital assets (e.g., Titan 100 Book). Manage RSVP campaigns and post-event communications to drive engagement. Maintain and update data in the Titan Connect platform across multiple markets. Nomination & Recognition Efforts Support annual nomination efforts to meet honoree targets across assigned regions. Conduct research and direct outreach to identify, attract, and engage qualified nominees. Marketing & Communications Assist with updating website content and publishing honoree announcements on LinkedIn. Create and manage email campaigns (via Mailchimp) promoting program highlights, events, and sponsors. Client & Sponsor Support Partner with Program Directors to facilitate sponsor check-ins, follow-ups, and deliverable tracking. Schedule meetings with current and prospective sponsors and support relationship-building efforts. Track key sponsor KPIs and maintain accurate records of communications and fulfillment. Business Development Coordination Coordinate outreach and scheduling for potential sponsors, helping drive acquisition and retention strategies. Identify opportunities to expand program offerings and enhance visibility in new and existing markets. Administrative & Strategic Support Act as a key support resource to Program Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and materials preparation.
