**Posición**:Customer service representative
**Funciones**: Proporcionar una excelente atención al cliente a los clientes a través del teléfono, por correo electrónico y chats en vivo **Tomar posesión de los problemas del cliente desafiantes, y escalar cuando sea necesario ** Dirigir a los clientes al departamento o socio correcto para obtener asistencia según sea necesario **Mejorar el rendimiento del sistema mediante la identificación de errores y la recomendación de cambios ** Proporcionar información sobre productos y servicios **Resolver los problemas del cliente de manera oportuna y profesional ** Mantener un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente **Desarrollar estrategias para retener a los clientes**
**Horario**: lunes a viernes de 6am a 8pm (Franja horaria en la que se decide tu horario)
**Requerimientos**: Experiência previa en servicio al cliente, Inglés B2+
