Responsibilities Brand & Communication Strategy Own and execute the annual marketing & communications plan aligned with commercial goals. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: digital, wholesale, PR, retail, and events. Translate collections and capsules into compelling narratives (stories, themes, launches). Content & Storytelling Coordinate creation of content for: website & e-commerce, email marketing (drops, campaigns, automations), social media (Instagram, storytelling formats, launches), lookbooks, line sheets, brand decks. Brief and work with creatives: photographers, designers, copywriters, videographers. Ensure all content reflects luxury tone, craftsmanship, and emotional storytelling . PR, Influencers & Brand Visibility Manage PR strategy and relationships (press, stylists, editors, influencers, VIP gifting). Coordinate product seeding and celebrity/influencer placements. Support global visibility initiatives (markets, showrooms, pop-ups, special events). Digital Marketing & Performance Oversee digital campaigns (email, paid media support, launches). Work closely with e-commerce to optimize product launches, conversion storytelling, editorial landing pages. Track KPIs: engagement, growth, traffic, conversion support (not just vanity metrics). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Design & Product (collection narratives), Sales & Wholesale (market tools, storytelling, launches), E-commerce (drops, campaigns, merchandising support), Leadership (brand vision, strategic priorities).
