IQVIA Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Project Manager / Tech Project Lead – Migration M365 LATAM IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence. We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Tech Project Lead to lead a significant Microsoft 365 migration project for a multinational pharmaceutical company. Responsabilidades Principales Coordinar localmente las actividades del proyecto de migración M365 para toda la región Latinoamérica Dar seguimiento detallado a las actividades planificadas y su ejecución Apoyar a los Digital Leads de Latinoamérica (México y Brasil) durante todo el proceso de migración Servir como enlace entre los equipos locales y el equipo global de proyecto Coordinar actividades con el socio implementador Accenture Identificar, documentar y escalar riesgos potenciales que puedan afectar la continuidad del negocio Gestionar el mapeo de accesos, aplicaciones y dependencias críticas Supervisar la migración de recursos compartidos y flujos de trabajo Elaborar y presentar informes de avance periódicos Gestionar las comunicaciones con stakeholders locales Requisitos Obligatorios Experiencia demostrable (mínimo 5 años) en gestión de proyectos de TI Experiencia específica en proyectos de migración de Microsoft 365 o plataformas similares Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Dominio del inglés (nivel avanzado, oral y escrito) Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2 o similar) Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión y con plazos estrictos Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y resolución de problemas Requisitos Deseables Conocimiento de portugués (nivel intermedio o superior) Experiencia previa en proyectos de separación tecnológica (carve-outs) Conocimiento de MDM (Mobile Device Management) Experiencia en migraciones de Zoom a Teams Familiaridad con automatización de flujos de trabajo en SharePoint Certificaciones Microsoft relevantes (MS-100, MS-101, MS-900) Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Para aplicar o obtener más información, visite #J-18808-Ljbffr
