Global Forwarding Operations Agent - Bogotá (After Hours) We’re hiring a Global Forwarding Operations Agent to join our Bogotá team, working on an after-hours shift to support our global operations. You’ll be at the heart of international freight processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of services. Responsibilities Manage key aspects of the Express Rail Service program, from handling requests to billing and quality checks. Support Canadian international freight operations with documentation and distribution. Track and trace ocean imports, send manifests, and coordinate with warehouses. Maintain and update the autocosting database in CargoWise. Provide billing and costing support while monitoring KPIs. Assist with diversions and ensure data quality across systems. Communicate effectively and work proactively in a fast-paced, international environment. What We’re Looking For 6 months to 1 year of related experience (freight forwarding or logistics preferred). Knowledge of international freight documentation is an asset. Strong communication skills in English (required). Proactive and organized, with solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CargoWise). Experience with CargoWise or Emanifest is a plus.
