Job Summary Join a cutting‑edge team as a Prompt Engineer / AI Interaction Designer, where you'll help shape how humans and AI communicate. This role is perfect for those passionate about crafting powerful prompts and designing seamless interactions that push the limits of AI capabilities. Job Responsibilities Design, test, and optimize high‑performing prompts across various LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude.ai, Gemini). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve AI‑human interactions and enhance user experience. Implement and iterate prompt templates (e.g., LangChain, few‑shot, chain of thought) for specific use cases. Utilize JSON and basic Python to test prompt functionality and model responses. Conduct hands‑on experimentation using available LLM tools and APIs to refine prompt behavior. Attend and contribute to meetings reliably and on time, maintaining effective communication and coordination with distributed teams. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 4+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer / AI Interaction Designer Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial) Deep familiarity with OpenAI Playground/API, Claude.ai, and Gemini Studio. Understanding of prompt engineering frameworks and techniques, including LangChain templates, few‑shot learning, and chain‑of‑thought reasoning. Basic Python skills for testing and working with APIs and data in JSON format. Nice to have Experience with A/B experimentation tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, Evals). Background in UX writing, computational linguistics, or natural language understanding (NLU). Experience integrating memory or managing dynamic context in prompt pipelines. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
