You’ll step into mature, fully documented local SEO frameworks with AI‑assisted workflows across on‑page, off‑page, GBP, content, and technical SEO. Run on‑page SEO: titles, headings, internal linking, schema, and content structure. Execute off‑page SEO: citations, backlinks, and authority‑building from relevant/local sources. Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with our development team. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for rankings, visibility, and lead flow. Create and refine content briefs, organize content silos, and support ongoing content production. Monitor performance in tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms, and provide clear, actionable insights. Use automation tools (n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, custom workflows) to reduce manual work and improve consistency inside existing SOPs. Maintain documentation and task flow in ClickUp, collaborating closely with SEO, dev, and client‑facing teams. Requirements: 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in lead generation (local/service businesses preferred). Have managed 15–30 local SEO campaigns at one time. Strong command of core SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, analytics platforms) Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp and Monday Excellent written English for documentation and internal communication. Systems‑driven mindset — follows SOPs with precision before innovating. Data‑minded — uses metrics and evidence to drive recommendations and priorities. Comfortable using AI tools to assist with research, QA, and workflow design without blindly copying outputs. Bonus experience: Google Business Profile optimization and troubleshooting. Building automations in n8n or similar tools. Experience with topical mapping, silo architecture, and local content strategy. Writing or maintaining SEO SOPs for teams. Compensation & Schedule: Full‑time remote role. Salary: $1,800–$3,500 USD/month (depending on experience). Schedule: 4‑hour daily overlap with the U.S. team.
