En Banco Falabella estamos buscando un Investigador de mercados / RESEARCH LEAD a nivel Latam Misión del cargo: Dar vida a la voz del cliente mediante insights que inspiren decisiones estratégicas y accionables, fortaleciendo la estrategia de marca y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio. Funciones del cargo Ejecutar la estrategia de investigación de Banco Falabella, CMR Puntos y Seguros Falabella con foco en Perú y Colombia. Diseñar, desarrollar y analizar estudios de investigación cualitativos y cuantitativos; y supervisar los estudios desarrollados por proveedores. Traducir insights en recomendaciones de valor para brand building, posicionamiento, propuesta de valor y crecimiento comercial. Integrar diversas fuentes de información (research, BI, analytics, social listening) para entregar aprendizajes accionables y de largo plazo. Gestionar y priorizar un portafolio de proyectos simultáneos, coordinando stakeholders del negocio y partners externos. Impulsar la adopción de metodologías ágiles en la gestión de research, mejorando eficiencia y capacidad de respuesta. Identificar tendencias de mercado, cambios sociales y del consumidor, evaluando su impacto en las oportunidades de negocio. Representar la voz del cliente en comités estratégicos y espacios de decisión con la alta dirección. Requisitos del cargo Experiencia mínima de 6 años en investigación de mercado / consumer insights. Experiencia aplicando metodologías ágiles, deseado: participación en procesos de transformación digital. Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis: Excel, SPSS, Power BI/Tableau; manejo de R o Python será un plus. Formación en Sociología, Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía, Estadística o carreras afines. Capacidad de influir y relacionarse con stakeholders de alto nivel.
