We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide customer assistance through phone calls and face-to-face interactions in Bogotá. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys helping people and is confident in resolving issues and managing difficult situations. Responsibilities Providing customer support by inbound and outbound calls, as well as face-to-face interactions Assisting users with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support requests Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with the team Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with product, sales, and marketing teams Qualifications Dedication to helping people and communicating with customers Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills A confident and clear communication style in Spanish Comfort interacting with customers in person Completed your education or are currently taking a break Your own equipment in good condition to work properly Why Yango?
