Position Overview Assistant General Manager – Insurance Operations We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced insurance professional to manage and streamline the organization\'s insurance portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring risk mitigation and compliance through effective insurance strategies. Qualifications Experience: 10–15 Years Education: Graduate / Postgraduate Key Responsibilities Oversee and renew various project and property insurance policies – including CAR, IAR, and Fire Insurance Manage corporate liability insurance and employee benefits insurance programs Handle the end-to-end insurance claims and settlement process efficiently Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards Collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and internal departments for seamless coordination Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong background in risk analysis and insurance policy structuring Expertise in handling insurance claims, renewals, and compliance matters Proficiency in MS Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks Why Join Us?
