Delivery Operations Analyst

The Sauce team pools together decades of restaurant tech experience, along with seasoned tech, sales, marketing, product and operations executives who produce an industry-changing delivery system for successful local restaurants and chains. This position is a full-time contract role and is fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in LATAM. What You'll Do Act as the go-to expert for delivery quality-related questions and delivery performance tracking per territory Analyze operational and delivery data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across dispatch, support, and customer success workflows Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, operational health, and delivery performance Partner with cross-functional teams (Data, BI, Support, Customer Success, Dispatch) to define metrics and ensure consistent reporting Proactively advise the Dispatch Operations team and Product Manager on opportunities to optimize the current dispatch product and delivery algorithm behavior Support feature testing and experimentation (A/B tests) related to dispatch logic, routing, batching, and courier assignment, including measurement and impact analysis Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements to increase scalability and reduce friction Support new initiatives, pilots, and internal tools by validating requirements, tracking outcomes, and reporting impact Monitor data integrity and work closely with the dispatch team, conducting business analysis tasks to optimize configurations, settings, and delivery algorithm logic Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation using data-driven insights Who You Are Must Have Hands‑on experience with delivery dispatch operations in an on‑demand delivery or logistics environment Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, delivery analytics or business analysis Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) Proficient in SQL and Python Ability to translate data, dispatch performance insights, and experiment results into clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment Preferable Qualifications Experience working directly with dispatch algorithms, routing logic, or courier assignment systems Experience designing, analyzing, or supporting A/B tests or operational experiments Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), support tools, or workflow automation platforms Familiarity with Databricks or modern data platforms Background in on‑demand delivery or logistics Exposure to Python and data modeling or analytics workflows Required Technology & Equipment Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software High‑speed internet connection Keyboard, mouse, working webcam, and headset with a microphone Primary 24” monitor (with an additional 24” monitor preferred) What We Offer Strong & Competitive Compensation Package Flexible Work Environment 10 Paid Personal/Vacation Days 5 Paid Sick Days Monthly Wellness Stipend Sauce is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
