Title: Google Digital Advertising & SEO – For Demand Generation Company: Valenta.io Location: Colombia (Remote-Friendly) Department: Marketing Reports to: CMO About the Role Valenta.io is seeking a data‑driven digital marketing expert who can take full ownership of our paid media and SEO strategy. The ideal candidate is a performance marketing specialist with hands‑on experience managing Google Ads, programmatic ad platforms, and scaling organic search using modern tools and AI‑powered workflows. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine—responsible for driving qualified traffic, optimizing ad performance, and maximizing lead generation through high‑ROI search, display, and SEO campaigns. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk). Manage and allocate ad budgets strategically to maximize lead volume and ROI. Build audience segments using first‑ and third‑party data; leverage lookalike, retargeting, and intent‑based targeting. Develop compelling ad copy, creative briefs, and CTAs aligned with funnel stage and audience. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaign levers in real time. Own on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategy—including site audits, crawl optimization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals. Build and execute a scalable SEO content strategy powered by AI‑assisted research, topic modeling, and clustering. Optimize content using tools like Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Frase, or similar. Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO best practices across new and existing pages. Monitor SERP changes, algorithm updates, and performance rankings using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console. Performance Analytics & Optimization: Set up and maintain robust tracking (via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and HubSpot). Build and maintain dashboards for reporting ad campaign and SEO KPIs to internal stakeholders. Apply A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad messaging, creative, and landing pages. Identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. AI & Automation in Marketing: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT for ad copy, Jasper for SEO content, AdCreative.ai for design concepts). Recommend and experiment with automation tools for bidding, testing, and reporting. Continuously test and evaluate emerging MarTech to stay ahead of the curve. Proven track record of managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic campaigns to achieve ROI goals. Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, and SEO strategy. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and programmatic DSPs. Strong grasp of modern SEO, including schema, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and AI‑enhanced content workflows. Proven track record of lowering cost‑per‑lead while improving conversion rates. Advanced skills in using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and Meta Business Suite. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from analytics platforms and attribution models. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs for funnel tracking and lead flow management. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or professional services environments is highly preferred.
