Job Category We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Advertiser Account Manager to strengthen our growing advertiser partnerships. In this role, you will be key in managing client relationships post‑deal, ensuring smooth onboarding, efficient campaign execution, and long‑term account growth. As the primary point of contact for advertisers, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑performing, compliant campaigns. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and hands‑on experience in performance marketing or affiliate‑driven business models. Core Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned advertisers, buyers, and clients. Maintain professional, timely communication via email, phone, messaging, and collaboration tools. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide consistent updates throughout the partnership lifecycle. Proactively conduct advertiser outreach to build pipelines and identify new partnership opportunities. Support sales teams during deal handovers and ongoing client discussions. Advertiser Onboarding & Account Setup Manage end‑to‑end onboarding from agreement to campaign activation. Coordinate contracts, compliance approvals, and required legal documentation. Oversee technical setups including tracking links, call routing, pixels, and integrations. Ensure all pre‑launch requirements are completed accurately and on time. Campaign Launch, Execution & Optimization Oversee campaign execution post‑deal to ensure alignment with advertiser goals. Monitor pacing, delivery, lead quality, and compliance metrics. Collaborate with Operations, Tech, QA, Media Buying, and Finance teams to optimize performance. Proactively resolve issues to maintain advertiser satisfaction. Reporting, Documentation & Record Management Maintain organized records of advertiser communications, campaign milestones, and performance updates. Track account progress using CRM tools and internal reporting systems. Ensure compliance documentation is properly archived and audit‑ready. Work closely with Sales, Legal, Operations, Technical, and Finance teams. Clearly communicate advertiser expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure alignment between internal execution and client objectives. Growth, Retention & Strategic Development Identify scaling, upsell, and optimization opportunities based on performance data. Recommend strategies to improve ROI and advertiser lifetime value. Support long‑term retention through proactive relationship management. Required Knowledge & Skills Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) — mandatory 2+ years of experience in account management, affiliate marketing, pay‑per‑call, or performance advertising Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign tracking, and buyer–publisher dynamics Ability to manage multiple advertiser accounts with high attention to detail Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets Tech‑savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes Preferred Experience Experience in insurance, finance, legal, or home services verticals Prior exposure to pay‑per‑call models, affiliate networks, or call‑tracking platforms Experience working with international or nearshore clients Annual Salary: $18,000 – $36,000 (based on experience and performance) Flexible Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Colombia time) Remote Work: Full flexibility to work from your home office.
