We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Channel Operations Manager to manage the administrative backbone of our channel partner program. This role is essential to ensuring our partner relationships run smoothly through meticulous follow-up, flawless communication, and systematic administration of partner activities. This is NOT a strategic channel management role—we need someone who excels at operational excellence and loves keeping complex processes organized and on track. Key Responsibilities Maintain detailed records of all channel partner activities, communications, and deliverables in HubSpot CRM Conduct weekly follow-ups with channel partners to track progress, gather updates, and ensure commitments are met Prepare weekly status reports on partner activities and pipeline development Draft and send partner communications with zero errors—every email, agreement, and update must be perfect Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, calls, and touchpoints Track partner performance metrics and maintain dashboards Manage partner contract administration and renewals Serve as the administrative liaison between internal teams and channel partners Flag issues or delays to leadership proactively Coordinate partner onboarding processes and maintain updated partner documentation Required Qualifications Nursing degree with informatics experience strongly preferred or equivalent information technology work experience Fluent in English both written and spoken (C1 / C2) Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of error-free work Outstanding written communication skills—you write clearly, professionally, and persuasively Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) Expert-level skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or Microsoft Office Proven ability to manage multiple follow-up cycles simultaneously without dropping balls Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks and systematic follow-up Ideal Candidate Profile You're energized by bringing order to complexity You take pride in getting every detail right the first time You're proactive about follow-up and never need reminders to check in You love building and maintaining systems You're comfortable being the "glue" that keeps partnerships running smoothly You can spot inconsistencies or errors that others miss What We Offer Competitive Compensation Remote position – Open to candidates in LATAM Full-time – 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Opportunity for career growth in a fast-moving health tech environment We offer stability and career continuity – many of our team members have been with us for 2, 5, and even 7+ years Bonus opportunities for exceeding targets and contributing to team success Holidays – 9 Days (8 US holidays + 1 Floating holiday) #J-18808-Ljbffr
