Key Responsibilities Be available on the dialer during scheduled shifts and answer calls promptly. Engage prospects politely and professionally, following the approved script. Apply qualification criteria accurately and explain financial implications for non-compliance. Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, resorts, and promotional packages. Complete vacation bookings quickly and accurately; verify details and resolve issues immediately. Meet or exceed minimum production and conversion goals. Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Horario Training: 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday. Operations schedule alternates weekends off one week, next week covering a Saturday or Sunday. Weekend hours from 10am to 6pm (outside daylight savings).
