General Purpose of Role
The role involves providing support and assistance to C-level executives to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of administrative support tasks related to administrative activities such as managing schedules, travel management, expense management, providing documentation support, and handling confidential communications. The role requires a complete understanding of the company's operations and procedures and involves using discretion, judgment, and organizational knowledge to facilitate the executive's activities.
Educational Qualifications and Expected Work Experience
Degree in business administration, human resources, communications, or a related field. Proven experience of 3 to 5+ years as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
MUST HAVE
- Microsoft Outlook – advanced calendar management, scheduling across time zones
- Microsoft Teams – meeting coordination, virtual meeting support
- Microsoft Word – document creation, formatting, version control
- Microsoft PowerPoint – executive-level presentations and meeting materials
- Microsoft Excel – document creation, data validation
- Travel & Expense Platforms (e.g., Concur or equivalent) – booking, reconciliation, compliance
- Document Management Systems – SharePoint or equivalent
