Invested Inc. is building the next major finance media brand for modern retail investors. We sit at the intersection of creator‑led media, high‑growth newsletters, and proprietary data products. The company is founded by Brandon Harris, who previously built and scaled a digital media business to 25M+ followers, multiple seven‑figure revenue streams, and a ~$54M acquisition in 2023. That exact playbook is now being applied to finance. We’ve raised a seed round, have real revenue, real distribution, and a working product ecosystem. This is an early‑stage company, but not an idea‑stage one. You’ll be joining at the ground floor, with real influence over strategy, systems, and outcomes. We are remote‑first (US‑only), flexible on location, and extremely light on micromanagement. In return, we expect high ownership, strong judgment, and results. This is a startup environment. If you want structure handed to you, this will not be a fit. Full‑time director, head, and executive roles participate in our employee equity program. Role Overview Turn strategy into execution as an early executive partner to the CEO. You will touch every part of the business from our social to our partnerships to our revenue to our SAAS to marketing and HR functions and be a true co‑pilot in partnership with the CEO. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day operations, team management, reporting and optimizations Build scalable processes, scheduling and project management Identify and resolve bottlenecks Accountable for setting and achieving internal monthly goals Manage and grow partnerships Ideal Profile Experience operating in fast‑growing media brands Strong judgment, data‑driven, results‑driven and self‑starting Revenue‑focused and strong leader Thrives in a fast‑changing, hectic startup environment How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn.
