Experiencia mínima de 1 año entrenando, acompañando o liderando equipos comerciales. Deseable experiencia en startups o entornos de crecimiento acelerado. Conocimientos técnicos: Metodologías de venta consultiva y cierre. Diseño y ejecución de planes de entrenamiento comercial. Medición de desempeño comercial (conversión, calidad de llamadas, KPIs). Manejo de CRM (HubSpot ideal). Dominio de herramientas digitales (Google Workspace, presentaciones, grabación de llamadas). Misión del ROL Como Sales Training Lead , serás quien acompañe y potencie a nuestro equipo comercial para que cada conversación con un cliente sea clara, empática y efectiva. Tu rol será formar, guiar y desarrollar a los Sales Executives, asegurando que cuenten con las herramientas, el conocimiento y la confianza necesarios para ayudar a más personas a iniciar su proceso de recuperación financiera. Este cargo es clave para el crecimiento de FinUp, ya que impacta directamente en la calidad del discurso comercial, la experiencia del cliente desde el primer contacto y el desempeño del equipo de ventas, siempre alineado con nuestro propósito de transformar vidas financieras.
