At Trading Solutions, we are strengthening our trucking operations, integrating operational control, efficiency, real-time traceability, and a high standard of service. That is why we are seeking an Operations Executive with proven experience in trucking companies or ground transportation operational areas. This is NOT a general logistics, supply chain, or foreign trade position. It is a fully operational land role. What You’ll Do Schedule and coordinate loadings and unloadings according to operational and customer requirements. Communicate in a timely and efficient manner the status of operations to suppliers and internal teams. Track compliance with schedules, transit times, and deliveries. Manage all ground transportation documentation, ensuring proper receipt, filing, and traceability. Anticipate and resolve operational contingencies to ensure continuity of service. Monitor operational performance indicators and propose improvement actions. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service policies. Maintain constant communication with logistics, traffic/dispatch, customer service, and billing to ensure a reliable and updated flow of information. Desired Qualifications Minimum four (4) years of experience in land transportation companies and containerized cargo and LCLs. Knowledge in OTM, DTA, DTAI, and Crossdocking. Knowledge of local and national transportation databases. Experience in scheduling and controlling loading and unloading activities. Direct operational follow-up of land transportation. Handling of transportation documentation (manifests, remissions, waybills, etc.). Effective communication with internal and external customers. Knowledge of transport regulations and road safety standards. Proficiency in office automation tools and logistics management systems. Ability to solve problems and make decisions in real time. Proactive mentality and ability to anticipate operational challenges. Strong attention to detail and meticulous work. Practical judgment and operational sense to manage a dynamic environment. Natural leadership, assertive communication, and professional presence. Results orientation, commitment, and responsibility.
