About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Paralegal to support our United States legal operations at SellCord. This is a remote role, based in Colombia, is responsible for contract management, legal documentation preparation, and coordinator of legal projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Create, prepare, and send client contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. File and organize all legal documents, contracts, and supporting materials to maintain an orderly and easily searchable electronic legal filing system. Review, redline, and edit agreements; suggest legal copywriting improvements and ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency. Redact sensitive or confidential information from legal documents as needed. Draft and issue addendums or amendments for additional client services, scope changes, or contract updates. Monitor emerging legal trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to our operations; proactively recommend updates to existing agreements or policies. Maintain version control and proper documentation for all contract and legal updates. Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting U.S. based companies. Proven experience reviewing, redlining, and drafting agreements. Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and document management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across cross-functional teams. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and basic legal terminology.
