Job Description The Visa Digital Sales team is a newly formed global sales organization with an opportunity to be a tremendous revenue growth engine for the company. The regional Sr. Director of digital sales will be part of an exciting new team that is at the forefront of establishing cutting‑edge opportunistic sales motions leveraging AI and automation, digital marketing and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage for our clients and partners. We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Leader to build a regional digital sales center that can successfully scale and manage our longtail business. The Sr. Director of Digital Sales is an essential role in the future state and structure of our sales strategy, focused on the people, best practices and tools necessary to sustain long‑term growth and profit. This role requires a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for leveraging digital innovation to achieve business objectives to position the team to drive substantial revenue growth through cutting‑edge sales strategies and technology utilization. What You’ll Do Stand up and oversee the management of the regional digital sales organization to identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies with global and theater‑wide impacts. The LAC Digital Sales portfolio will cover 500+ clients across all 5 sub‑regions, with FY25 Net Revenue of 150M. Work together with other leaders across the company (e.g. CMs, Solutions, Marketing, Client Services, VCA, BPO, Sales Excellence, etc.) to execute prioritized sales plays and motions. Partner with regional sales teams to set priorities, goals, and targets aligned with regions financial and strategic goals. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver monthly sales and revenue quota to ensure goals are achieved/exceeded. Exercise strong hiring skills to maintain a team of top talent and coach, train, motivate and grow direct reports. Directly supervise Sales and Business Development Managers to establish performance goals and measurements. Provide ongoing coaching to Sales and Business Development Managers to achieve targets and execution of strategic initiatives. Build skills, confidence, and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct regular account reviews with Regional Head of Business Operations and direct reports to ensure maximum sales efforts. Conduct presentations to Country Managers on Digital Sales performance. Qualifications 12+ years of work experience within a sales operations or Digital Sales/Demand Response experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD). 10+ years’ experience selling technology solutions. Strong leadership background with demonstrated sales organizational development, overseeing a team with multiple levels of structure. In‑depth understanding and experience in outbound/outbound sales methodologies, specifically within the Mid‑Market and small business models. Experience creating and executing customer‑obsessed sales strategies and benchmarks for analyzing performance. Strong ability to work & influence cross‑functional teams. Ability to liaise at all levels of the organization. Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability. Excellent statistical and financial analysis capabilities. Extensive forecasting and revenue recognition experience. Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, fun, demanding environment. Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non‑technical business teams, as well as across all geographies. Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable. Strong relationship‑management skills and ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, senior‑to‑exec management. Hands‑on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment. Fully bilingual Spanish / English (Portuguese a plus). Work Hours This role is based in the Bogota office full‑time in the office. Travel Requirements This position requires the incumbent to travel for work less than 10% of the time. Occasional commute to other Visa offices in the LAC Region will be required. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
