Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Co-Founder at a Puerto Rico-based law firm in collaboration with LemVega Capital. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the development of the firm's operational and legal framework, conducting in-depth legal research, fostering key client and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include contributing to innovative legal solutions for the firm and assisting in crafting strategic business plans. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including legal reasoning and strategic problem-solving capabilities Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and collaboration Sales and Marketing experience to foster client acquisition and build strategic partnerships Proven Research expertise, with an emphasis on legal frameworks, compliance, and regulations Legal experience in corporate or investment-related domains is highly beneficial Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments Advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., Bar Admission) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
