Role Overview Senior Angular Developer (Remote) At TradeCafe, we build and operate web products in a mature, production-heavy environment where stability, quality, and predictable delivery truly matter. Our engineering teams are fully remote, async-first, and ownership-driven. We value clear accountability, pragmatic decision-making, and strong engineering standards. What you’ll do Own frontend features end to end: refinement, implementation, testing, and maintenance Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design and evolve APIs and integrations Participate actively in grooming and sprint planning to align frontend and backend scope early Build and evolve Angular applications (v14+), using TypeScript, NgRx, RxJS Contribute to and enforce frontend architecture and coding standards Develop and maintain customized Material UI components Work confidently in a Gitflow-based development process Create clean, reviewable PRs and take part in code reviews Write and maintain unit tests as a non-negotiable standard Treat quality as a shared responsibility — not “a QA problem” What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer Strong hands-on Angular experience (v14+) Deep knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript Practical experience with NgRx and RxJS Solid understanding of REST APIs Experience building and maintaining large, long-lived applications Proven ability to own features independently (no hand-holding) Strong engineering mindset around code quality, testing, and maintainability Experience with structured branching strategies (Gitflow or similar) Comfortable in a mature, production-focused environment Clear communication in a remote, async-first setup Nice to have Reusable UI components / shared design systems E2E testing (Cypress, Playwright, etc.) Real-time data experience (sockets) Familiarity with backend systems and APIs Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes) Experience in microservices architectures What we offer Modern tech stack Frontend: Angular 14+, NgRx, RxJS, Material UI Backend: Node.js, Golang, microservices Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes Data: MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis Tooling: Jira, Bitbucket, Grafana High-trust, high-ownership engineering culture Responsible use of AI tools to support productivity Apply If you thrive in environments where quality and ownership matter — we’d love to hear from you.
