Key Responsibilities Lead backend design and development of enterprise SaaS products Mentor backend developers and establish coding best practices Ensure adherence to Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment Manage RESTful APIs lifecycle with a focus on security and scalability Guide backend integration with AWS services and automation Conduct code reviews, resolve complex engineering challenges, and drive technical excellence Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 10+ years of backend development experience in enterprise SaaS environments Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js, with clean and modular architecture Advanced experience with MS SQL Server and MongoDB Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, and tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence Deep understanding of authentication protocols and secure development Proven leadership in engineering teams or complex technical initiatives Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice-To-Have Qualifications: Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft web frameworks Experience with AWS services like EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, SQS, SES Docker and infrastructure automation knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
