Billing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Billing Operations Specialist to help us continue to build and scale our innovative products. What you bring: Experience auditing and monitoring SaaS billing systems to ensure billing accuracy, including identifying and resolving overbilling, underbilling, incorrect plans, and misapplied discounts. Experience reconciling billing platforms with internal systems and records, ensuring data integrity across billing, CRM, and financial sources. Strong experience performing root cause analysis on billing issues, spanning process gaps, data errors, automation failures, and system integrations, and driving long-term fixes. Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams, including handling escalated billing cases and preventing repeat issues. Experience defining billing workflows, implementing QA controls, and owning billing accuracy KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and prevention of billing errors. At least 2 years experience in this role or similar.
