Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Unit Manager for Immunology in Bogotá, Colombia to drive business strategy and growth within the immunology therapeutic area. Location Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Type Full‑time Seniority Level Not Applicable Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Overview As part of Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine program, the Immunology Business Unit Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial and marketing strategies for the immunology portfolio, driving sustainable growth and expanding patient access. Responsibilities Define and execute commercial and marketing strategies for the Immunology portfolio to achieve business objectives. Ensure strong financial results and strategic alignment with regional priorities. Lead a high‑performing cross‑functional team including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and Compliance. Act as key liaison with regional teams to ensure alignment and leverage best practices. Develop initiatives that increase patient access and improve outcomes within the therapeutic area. Qualifications & Requirements Graduated professionals with proven experience in business unit management or franchise leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Required). Experience in high‑cost products and strong understanding of immunology therapeutic areas and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, data analytics, and commercial skills. Proficient in English. Valid driver’s license is required.
