Perímetro Urbano Barranquilla, Colombia Grip A tiempo completo

About Grip: Grip is redefining cold-chain logistics for direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands. Founded in 2022 by former ButcherBox executives, Grip combines advanced technology with a nationwide fulfillment network to optimize the shipping of perishable goods. Our proprietary Smart Logistics Engine analyzes over 25 million data points daily—including weather patterns, carrier performance, and real‑time temperatures to make intelligent, package‑level shipping decisions. Grip's Pulse Order Management System (OMS) offers real‑time inventory tracking, batch traceability, and seamless integration with platforms like Shopify. This end‑to‑end solution provides brands with complete visibility and control over their supply chain, eliminating the need for multiple third‑party tools. With temperature‑controlled fulfillment centers strategically located in New Jersey, Texas, California, Michigan, Florida, and Nevada, Grip can reach over 80% of the U.S. population within 24 hours. Our mission is to empower DTC brands to scale efficiently by providing innovative logistics solutions tailored to the unique challenges of shipping. About the Role The Project Coordinator ensures that the engineering team runs smoothly on a daily basis. This role works closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to maintain timelines, lead stand‑ups, and keep sprints on track. The coordinator supports the operational side of product development — tracking progress, maintaining up‑to‑date project tools, and ensuring communication flows clearly across teams. This is an entry‑level position ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how software teams operate. You’ll play a key part in helping the team stay aligned and efficient, while gaining hands‑on experience in product and project operations. Responsibilities Lead stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned. Track progress in Asana (or other project tools), follow up on tasks, and surface blockers. Support the Engineering Manager in ensuring the team stays on track with timelines and deliverables by providing updates, tracking progress, and surfacing risks early. Maintain up‑to‑date project management tools (e.g. Asana) with current timelines, task statuses, and changes, so leadership and stakeholders have accurate visibility in progress. Provide weekly updates on sprint progress and key outcomes. Keep the backlog organized and support smooth task flow between the Product Manager and engineers. Coordinate testing and validation of completed work to confirm alignment with requirements. Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, and other departments to resolve blockers or dependencies quickly. Document team processes and support continuous improvement of workflows. Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles (internships or co‑ops welcome). Strong organizational and time‑management skills with close attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with project management or task‑tracking tools (Asana preferred; Jira/Trello plus). Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment. Collaborative mindset; able to work well with both technical and non‑technical teammates. Nice to have exposure to agile/scrum, QA/testing, or software product environments. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Grip is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to complying with all applicable non‑discrimination laws. We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace environment, where all employees and applicants are treated with respect and without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
