You’ll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required. Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Strong ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Experience working closely with engineering teams to support solution design and delivery. Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems. Strong familiarity with Jira for backlog management, user story creation and refinement, prioritization, sprint tracking, and daily collaboration with engineering teams. Ability to clearly document workflows, data models, and system interactions. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems, including environments with multiple integrations. Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
