Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process Maintain structured, well‑documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager Requirements 4+ years of in‑house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product Proven success hiring in fast‑paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable) Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow‑through Salary & Benefits $1,500–$2,100 USD per month / depending on your location and skills/experience 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’ Day Paid Off Our Recruitment Process Step 1: Initial screening call with our recruitment team Step 2: Assessment to showcase your skills (if applicable) Step 3: Final interview with our Hiring Manager Life at Search Atlas Group We are committed to fostering a healthy work‑life balance, innovation, and a collaborative, inclusive culture—no matter where you work.
