You will be a dynamic multitasker with strong mediation and negotiation skills, who is not afraid to challenge. Key Responsibilities: The main functions of the role include but not limited to: Successfully managing the delivery of NetSuite projects. Working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the project mandate. Leading, monitoring and maintaining the progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality. Managing customer expectations and being able to closely monitor potential scope creep. Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are called out, agreed and impacted against the timeline. Assist the customer project manager with monitoring tasks and the progress of client-specific activities. Controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally. Escalating any issues, as appropriate, promptly. Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track. Continually assessing potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans. Monitoring and communication of decisions made by the customer. Close monitoring and reporting on the project budget. Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders. Identify interdependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated. Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of those consultants. Travel to client sites as required. Assisting in pre-sales opportunities as and when required. Ability to work and communicate in an international and multicultural environment. Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Understanding of/experience with the commercials aspects of a consulting business. Fluent in English and any other European language is a plus. Industry Experience & Qualification (required) Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management. Experience/certification in acknowledged project management methodologies is an asset, or other project management techniques and procedures such as Agile, Scrum, OUM, etc. Knowledge and experience in ERP systems or ERP implementations. Strong mediation and negotiation skills Good capacity to keep good reporting and dashboard management Ability to manage multiple projects and resources Ability to act as a point of contact between the project team, sponsors, managers, and clients Excellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and client relationship skills Detailed, fact-based approach to problem-solving. Demonstrate honesty and transparency in analyzing, specifying, and documenting customer requirements during business analysis sessions. One Collaborative Learning: Collaborate with implementation consultants to support on-site and/or remote implementation. Participate actively in business analysis sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Be open to mentoring by implementation consultants and self-driven upskilling on NetSuite. Accountability Responsibility in Execution: Take responsibility for supporting implementation consultants in various activities, including process testing and creation of test plans and training documentation. Help identify and suggest solutions for potential solution gaps, contributing to the overall success of NetSuite implementations.
