Project Manager Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Humana . Base pay range: $71,100 – $97,800 per year. Overview Humana Healthy Horizons is seeking a Project Manager 2 to manage all aspects of clinical implementation projects. The role requires managing the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and operational readiness. Responsibilities Identifies, develops, and gathers resources to complete the project. Develops and maintains project schedules, RAID log, and other artifacts. Communicates with operational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions. Organizes, facilitates, and documents meetings with senior leadership and project team. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates the project team to meet targets and milestones. Manages day‑to‑day project activities and resources to keep the project on track. Provides status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Escalates issues to leadership and tracks resolution. Creates and manages the operational roadmap for state implementations with leadership support. Acts as an active and strategic contributor, proactively seeking knowledge and exploring alternatives. Understands departmental, segment, and organizational strategy and objectives. Makes decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction when needed. Follows established guidelines and procedures. Required Qualifications Three (3) or more years of business project management experience. Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. Proven ability to deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication. Strong proficiency in presentation design and visualization. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Six Sigma certification. Working knowledge of Medicaid business and agile methodologies. Knowledge of Humana clinical programs. Additional Information Workstyle: remote position. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Travel: Occasional (up to 5 %) including outside state. Pay Range and Benefits The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hrs/week) employment. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
