Descripción del rol En VML Colombia buscamos un/a CRM Specialist para liderar la estrategia, implementación y optimización de iniciativas de relacionamiento con clientes en una cuenta del sector inmobiliario. Esta persona será responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de CRM orientadas a conversión, fidelización y eficiencia comercial, integrando data, automatización y experiencia de usuario. El rol requiere una visión estratégica sólida, alto dominio técnico y capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de data, tecnología, creatividad y negocio. Responsabilidades Diseñar y liderar la estrategia de CRM alineada con los objetivos del proyecto. Gestionar y optimizar journeys de clientes, flujos automatizados y campañas de relacionamiento. Segmentar audiencias y definir reglas de contacto basadas en comportamiento y data. Analizar resultados de campañas y proponer optimizaciones continuas. Coordinar la implementación de CRM con equipos de tecnología, data y marketing. Asegurar la correcta integración de plataformas CRM con otros sistemas y canales. Definir KPIs, dashboards y reportes de desempeño. Velar por el uso adecuado de la data y el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas y normativas. Requisitos Experiencia entre 6 y 8 años en roles de CRM, Marketing Automation o Customer Experience. Experiencia sólida diseñando estrategias de CRM y automatización. Conocimiento avanzado de plataformas CRM y herramientas de marketing automation. Capacidad analítica para interpretar data y convertirla en decisiones estratégicas. Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders. Pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle. Experiencia en proyectos de alto impacto y complejidad (deseable). Condiciones laborales Contrato a término indefinido. Modalidad híbrida: 3 días en oficina / 2 días home office. Horario: lunes a viernes, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Trabajo presencial en Bogotá.
