As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic implementor who can take on high-impact work in sales and marketing automation. Who We're Looking For We’re hiring a Microsoft CRM Application Specialist to support the implementation of our marketing automation efforts across multiple aesthetic clinic partners. This role will focus on configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to handle highly variable customer journeys and sales workflows, ensuring a clean and scalable rollout across our clinical network. Responsibilities CRM Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for new workflows and customer journeys. Set up modules across Sales, Service, and Marketing, and automations. Ensure high configurability and scalability across clinics maturity levels. Clear understanding of how to create impactful customer journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between technical (engineering, product) and business teams (partner operations, marketing, finance). Support the integration of third-party systems and custom features with developers. 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Solid understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, including workflows, entities, permissions, and data import/export. Previous experience managing CRM implementation projects. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level). Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with aesthetic clinics, healthcare systems, or B2B partner/franchise-style environments. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and third-party integrations. Why Adoreal?
