Main responsibilities: Ensure the execution of innovation and Development projects in coordination with your work team. Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks. Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients. Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department. Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies. Studying its possible effective implementation in our products. What do we offer? Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus. Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics. Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field. Knowledge of legislation Ability to prepare and lead project meetings Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
